​How do I

place an order?

Start by going to the "Shop" page from the top menu. Select the scent that you would like, and click on it. It will open up a page with all of the options for that candle scent, along with a box to type any special requests into. Add as many as you like and click on the shopping bag logo to check out. We recommend buying several candles at a time for reduces shipping costs. We do not get special discounts on shipping yet, but will share any discounts we receive from USPS and Fedex.

Currently our shipping costs are much higher than we would like. This is due to not receiving any bulk discounts from the shipping companies - the price you see is the price we pay to ship it. In order to sell our candles for a reasonable price we do not mark up our prices on our products very much - so we cannot afford to stay in business and provide free shipping.... Yet.... We are hoping we will start selling enough to be able to lower our shipping costs, and will update prices as soon as possible.

We use Paypal and Square for payment processing to ensure your information is kept secure.

If you live in the Columbia, SC area we can hand deliver your package and accept cash payments.

Returns

Refunds

If you do not like the scent of your candle we will accept returns on any un-used products. Please email us the details of your request and we will get back to you with return details.
